I was in Wilmington for today’s primary between Tom Carper and Kerri Harris (I’m on my way back now). Harris had been hoping to win 26,000 votes, which she thought would be enough for a win. Instead, she won 29,000 — and that added up to just 35 percent of the vote, as the blue wave brought out a historic number of Democrats to the polls. There was a lot more going on, too,
